
Dale Talde is an American Chef best known for competing in two seasons of Top Chef. Cooking alongside his mother from a young age sparked his interest leading him to the Culinary Institute of America. After working under numberous chefs in Chicago & New York, Dale teamed up with Restauranteurs David Massoni and John Bush to open his first restaurant - TALDE in Brooklyn. Since 2012 the Three Kings have opened TALDE Jersey City, TALDE Miami Beach, Massoni, The Heights, Atlantic Social, and The Crown.
